Jenn, originally from Madison, WI, started performing at a very young age, singing original folk songs her dad wrote in church and around the campfire. She sang for the first time in front of a crowd when she was 4 and never looked back. In 5th grade she joined the prestigious Madison Children’s Choir and ultimately released 2 albums and traveled the globe with them throughout her time in high school.
She earned her BFA from CCM (University of Cincinnati - College Conservatory of Music) and 3 days after moving to NYC was immediately cast in the US debut of the hit TV show “HI-5” on TLC and Discovery Kids. They filmed 3 seasons, recorded two albums, and were consecutively nominated for three Emmy Awards. She performed on Live! with Regis and Kelly, The CBS Early Show, four appearances on The Today Show, including the summer concert series, as well as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. With Hi-5, Jenn toured the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada playing stadiums and theaters from Broadway to The Kodak.
After Hi-5, along with many other TV and film roles, she and her husband, Tom Korbee, formed the electro/pop/folk band KORBEE. Their single ‘Hey Child’ (produced by David Garcia and Mark Endert) launched them internationally, with 10M+ streams and multiple tours before everything shut down for Covid. During this time, they have written and produced their first full length album which is set to be released in 2023. Their sound is big, bright and beautiful… just what this world is yearning for in this new time.
